I. Job Description:
- Develop credit card product strategies aligned with business goals and market demands.
- Manage and develop credit card products, including customer segmentation, core card system features, and enhancing product competitiveness in the Vietnamese market.
- Conduct SWOT analysis, evaluate and create strategies to minimize credit risks and fraud in card operations.
- Oversee the credit card approval process in a digital environment, ensuring optimization and security.
- Apply and develop trends in big data for customer risk management, optimizing decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with relevant departments such as IT, Legal, and Marketing to successfully implement digital credit card products.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and international standards in credit card product development.
II. Requirements:

Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Consumer Finance, Banking, or with International Card Companies (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Amex, Diner Club, UnionPay)

Management Experience: At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Specialist, Head of Department, or Head of Credit Card Product Division at financial institutions or banks.

Credit Card Product Development Experience: Proven experience in building, developing, and successfully launching at least one new
- Deep understanding of traditional credit card products, customer segmentation, core card system features, and credit card operations.
- Expertise in credit and fraud risks in card operations.
- Experience in the credit card approval process in a digital environment.
- Knowledge of big data trends and their application in customer risk management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
